Pharmacokinetics is the study of movement of the drug within the body.
For example, if you have taken a tablet for a fever, it will move throughout the body by blood stream
By studying ADME of the drug, you will know the kinetics of the drug

A = Absorption, D= Distribution,M= Metabolism, E= Elimination of the drug gives the complete movement of the drug

There by, we can know how much time drug stays in the body and where it is showing its impact
