Histogram is the graphical representation of the values through series of bars. Each bar covers a range of values. Ploted as Frequency vs range
Chromatogram is a graphical representation of absorbance.
Ploted as time vs absorbance.

It is a good answer that u have given but I have a question regarding it.
Imagine we have done linearity by concentration vs absorbance
Can we create histogram based on that. I mean it is a bar diagram right
No its not possible in the case of linearity.
Its only possible when there are values in a certain range i.e for example 1,4,6,15,20,6,34 etc ...
Here you can plot a graph for the range from 1-10,11-20,21-30...
So if you see here in the above value we got the numbers in the range of 1-10 are 1,4,6,6. Here the range is 1-10 and the frequency is 4 as you got the values 4 times..
