I mean you are asking like what do we do before starting HPLC analysis

Start With HPLC system .give system wash with 100% Methanol followed by water flushing for each 30 minutes.then prepare seal ,Needle column wash solutions again purge the HPLC system and purge injector Mobile phase ,column wash with column wash solution.set up the system performing Analysis Method .
