How to quantify the response of a chromatogram
Could anyone give me the calculation for quantifying the analyte in HPLC

The concentration of the analyte is calculated based on the ratio of their peak areas and the known concentration of the internal standard
Concentration of analyte = (Peak area of analyte / Peak area of standard) × Concentration of standard

to quantify a peak we need a known standard. The case where we dont have standard , to quantify within the chromatography, based on the peak height to run time we can quantify.
